Employment Verification and Performance Assessment
HR verification of employment dates, job title, compensation, and re-hire eligibility. Performance assessment interviews with supervisors and/or colleagues focus on work quality, communication and leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, accomplishments, integrity, growth potential, and motivation. Job-specific questions from clients are encouraged. Approximately two-thirds of previous-employer contacts result in assessments.

Criminal History
Search of the felony and misdemeanor records of the counties or states in which the applicant has resided during the past seven years. In keeping with our commitment to accuracy, all county searches are done in original county records, no databases are used.

Credit History
Report of creditor relationships, including payment history, collection actions, judgments, and bankruptcies. Social security number with date and state of issue is confirmed, and
recorded previous addresses and employers are reported. Information may be helpful when assessing suitability for accounting and financial responsibilities, and for positions involving access to cash, customer credit cards, and other liquid assets.

Motor Vehicle Record
Current driving history in state of issuance. Indicator of insurability and responsibility.

Education Verification
Confirmation of dates of attendance, degree/diploma earned, and date of graduation. Reports available for high school, vocational/technical school, through graduate studies, as required for subject position.

Professional License Verification
Confirmation of license, state and agency of issuance, date issued, and current standing.

Social Security Number Trace
Confirms date and state of issue, name(s) associated with number, present and previous addresses, and, in many instances, present employers.
